Q: How durable are your polycarbonate decals, labels, and plates? Are they suitable for outdoor use and harsh environments?
A: Our decals, labels and plates are made to your requirements. Just let us know the application, and we’ll create them.

Q: What is the expected lifespan of these products, especially when exposed to UV rays and other environmental factors?
A: Our products are extremely durable because we prioritise quality. Our products generally last a minimum of 7-10 years depending on the environment.

Q: Do you offer design services, or do we need to provide our own artwork?
A: Yes, we can use your designs, or have an in-house design team that can create a custom design for you.

Q: What design file formats do you accept for custom artwork? Do you require print-ready files?
A: Vector is preferred for the highest quality result. Look for file extensions with .aI / .pdf OR .eps to send. We can use what is supplied, but this won’t always produce the best outcome to elevate your brand.

Q: How accurate is your colour-matching process? Can you replicate specific brand colours or Pantone shades?
A: Yes, we can match Pantone colours with your brand colours.

Q: Can you produce products in non-standard shapes?
A: Our decals, labels and plates are made to your requirements. Just let us know the application, and we’ll create them.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time from placing an order to receiving the finished products?
A: We always endeavour to complete the project as soon as we can. As a guide, our decals, vinyl labels and compliance plates take 10-14 working days to complete.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity for decals, labels, and plates?
A: No job is too small however, for the most cost-effective price point, we can do a small run as a prototype.
